Overview Citizant's focus on providing superior customer service to its government customers has helped the company grow tremendously since the company's founding. In 10 years, the company has expanded from 2 to 130 employees and achieved annual revenues of more than US$18 million. Citizant wanted to accommodate business growth, enhance IT flexibility, and improve worker productivity by creating a virtualized infrastructure in-house. The Citizant IT group worked with Dell to design a virtualized IT infrastructure that includes VMware virtualization software running on Dell PowerEdge servers with a Dell EqualLogic Storage Area Network (SAN).
