ADACOM Undertakes the Public Project for the Development of the Certification Practice Statement and Certification Policy for the Use of PKI in the Electronic Applications of the Greek Taxation Authority
Overview General Secretariat of Information Systems (GSIS) is responsible for the development and operation of all the crucial Information Systems supporting the Greek Ministry of Economic and Finance. Currently, the most important implemented projects are TAXIS for the taxation, TaxisNet for the online service of the taxpayers and enterprises, and ICISnet for customs. Greek companies and private taxpayers will needed to submit their tax returns and other tax forms, to the tax authority completely electronically, with an undoubtedly more secure way. The delivered documents will contain the policies and practices that Certification Service Providers must meet in order to issue Digital Certificates for the Greek taxation environment.
