Overview Delaware Department of Transportation's wanted to deploy project management application that organizes workflow so that planned expenditures and project timelines are in line with revenue sources and eliminate various spreadsheets used for capital project management - improving communication and providing visibility all the way up the organization into past, current, and future projects. Delaware Department of Transportation's replaced 50 to 75 cumbersome spreadsheets for tracking capital projects by implementing Oracle's Primavera P5 to house all past, current, and future project data - greatly enhancing information accuracy and timeliness and used Primavera to manage and provide visibility into approximately 16,000 projects - 500 of which are active at any given time.
