Enterprise Business Solutions, LLC Accelerates Project Lifecycles With Intuitive Collaboration Tool

Overview The EBS Group wanted to enable employees and customers to collaborate in online workspaces to more effectively manage complex projects and streamline and accelerate document approval processes, while ensuring each document includes all necessary changes. The challenge was to provide customers with a secure project portal to access project status reports and files and enable The EBS Group to store all e-mail and instant message communications related to each project. The EBS Group implemented Oracle Beehive's e-mail, calendar, and workspace capabilities to improve collaboration among The EBS Group's employees and customers and stored all project-related information and communication - including e-mail and instant messages - in one location, improving consistency and accuracy of project data, as well as accelerating project lifecycles.
