Iconic Media Giant Cuts Time for Management Reports From Months to Days
Overview B92, Serbia's largest independent broadcaster with a network covering 70 per cent of the country, has more than 500 employees in different business units. Due to rapid expansion and complex internal structures, the IT system could no longer efficiently process the allocation of internal revenues and costs for a diversified portfolio of business units. After an unsatisfactory trial using PeopleSoft software, B92 decided to implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV business management software. Based on the Windows Server 2003 operating system, it quickly brought benefits and simplified business processes. The fortnightly payroll calculation, which used to last 15 days, now takes just three days. Business analysis reports that once took up to two months are now available in five to 10 days.
