Optimizing Business Application Performance With VMware vCenter AppSpeed
Overview Customers are increasingly using VMware vSphere 4 as a more dynamic platform for running large, business-critical applications such as Web applications, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL and Oracle Database. The presenter begin by describing the outstanding performance capabilities of VMware ESX 4 that enable more than 95 percent of applications to match or even exceed the performance of physical servers. Then presenter introduces VMware vCenter AppSpeed - the new VMware application performance management product - and describes how it can be used in conjunction with VMware vSphere to ensure service levels under unpredictable loads.
