Overview Thousands of Nortel employees use Nortel CallPilot for voicemail. The challenge was to look for an inexpensive method to reset voicemail passwords without Level 1 Help Desk assistance. The Nortel IT team developed a self-service application that allows Nortel employees to reset their CallPilot password in the event that they forget their password or their account expires.
