The challenge was that Nortel sales and engineering office in Albany required voice and data network service and employee mobility and office flexibility were key, yet costs needed to be kept in check. Nortel deployed WLAN 2300 products provide secure voice and data service including WLAN Handsets 6100 work with a WLAN IP Telephony Manager to ensure voice quality remains high, even in the presence of heavy data traffic.
