After surveying various options, Advantech decided to implement Nortel's Contact Center and Unified Communications solutions. Nortel Communication Server (CS 1000), Nortel Ethernet Routing Switches 4550 and 5530 (ERS 4550 and 5530) and Nortel Contact Center solutions became the pillars of Advantech's new and improved communications network.
