Fast-Moving Financial Services Company Masters Change Management With MBG Provisioning

Overview With thousands of retail branch locations all over the United States, this financial services company needed an efficient way to order and change voice and data services. To accelerate the process of opening new locations and getting them up and running on its network it needed an automated provisioning system that would efficiently handle ordering of new circuits. MBG provided the company with a Web interface that uses XML to communicate with AT&T's eBonding ordering gateway. This permits the company to place orders directly into AT&T's system, eliminating the need to have the information re-keyed - where errors usually occur.
