Getting Started With Expression Analysis in JMP Genomics

Overview This paper, together with the on-demand Web training session, is intended to give existing and new customers and evaluators a brief overview of the JMP Genomics solution and an introduction to some of the new features in JMP Genomics 3.2. It concludes the getting started session. Further and more detailed information can be found in the JMP Genomics User Guide. There are saved files for one-color and two-color expression analyses as part of the installation, and saved settings which may be loaded to run sample analyses for these data sets. These are used in the guide for two separate case-studies, which demonstrate some more advanced topics and features.
