It also contracts with other operators to provide added value for its clients by offering bill paying, collections, reloading of cell phone minutes, and lottery ticket sales, among other services. It needed to provide clients with information and transactional services that are highly available, scalable, and reliable and establish a robust database to support the company's growth and increase its ability to handle high volumes of transactions. Datacenter implemented Oracle Database Standard Edition, establishing a solid, scalable, high-availability platform that enables DataCenter to offer reliable information services to clients.
