Overview Dalian Shide Group is a diversified conglomerate whose core business is producing chemical building materials. The privately-owned Chinese company manufactures 1,000,000 tons of plastic door and window profiles every year across five production facilities in Dalian, Chengdu, Jiaxing, Yinchuan, and Luohe. Other Dalian Shide businesses include petrochemicals, finance and insurance investment, sports and culture, and household appliances. It needed to ensure operational and management information across 108 sales branches is accessible to headquarters in real time. Dalian Shide Group engaged Oracle Certified Advantage Partner Hand Enterprise Solution Co., Ltd to implement a new Oracle Database that meets customer requirements.
