This paper presents the results of a new study designed to help IT management realize optimal refresh cycles. Conducted by Wipro Product Strategy and Architecture (PSA) and sponsored by Intel, this study extends and validates the work described in an earlier Wipro PSA research paper titled "Measuring the Benefits of Mobile PCs in the Enterprise."
