Overview USA Drug wanted to improve reporting processes to reduce reliance on cumbersome spreadsheets and expand analytical capabilities and automate report distribution to facilitate swift decision-making on key matters. The challenge was to provide faster and easier access to information with Web-based reporting and reduce IT and maintenance costs. USA Drug expanded the company's implementation of Oracle's Hyperion Essbase and implemented Oracle's Hyperion Web Analysis to improve reporting by converting legacy spreadsheet models to dynamic Web-based analysis dashboards and reduced reporting documentation load from hundreds of spreadsheets to 20 documents with streamlined reporting processes.
