Significant Savings Through a Business Testing Center of Excellence
Overview The client is one of the UK's oldest building societies and one of the largest mortgage lenders in the country. The risk of IT not fulfilling the business needs was great and the complexity of the changes meant it was difficult to get the system changes right. The client used a combination of internal IT delivery and 3rd party suppliers and selected AppLabs due to their extensive experience in delivering operational testing and consultancy. A Business Testing Center of Excellence was set up with AppLabs creating a business oriented test policy and strategy, a business testing process and a resource pool of business focussed testing professionals.
