Bank in Dubai Maximizes Its Core Banking System Through Support Engineer Offering

Overview Headquartered in Dubai, Mashreq is one of the largest banks in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), in terms of assets and networks. The bank needed to ensure that its investment in its Microsoft-based server and network infrastructure would translate into the highest levels of availability of mission-critical applications that served customers directly. To maximize the effectiveness of its investment in the Microsoft technology in its core banking system, Mashreq engaged with Microsoft Services under its Premier Plus support agreement and the Dedicated Support Engineer offering. The bank contracted to have three Dedicated Support Engineers (DSEs) assigned to its IT team.
