Cubus Embeds Unrivalled Performance and Scalability Into First-to-Market Project and Strategy Planning Tool
Overview
Cubus wanted to build on success of Cubis' customizable, Excel-based planning tool, ABC for OLAP, with a solution that consolidates project management, financial management, and strategy management and enable clients to replace disconnected standalone Excel, Word, and PowerPoint-based planning tools with a single application. The challenge was to integrate structured and unstructured data, project status information, and budgeting, revenue, savings, and Return On Investment (ROI) data and gain rapid market penetration across target sectors, break even in two years, and double sales revenues in the same time frame. Cubus built Cubus Strategic Project Performance Management (SPPM), a unique, Web enabled platform for planning and implementing long-term, business critical initiatives and mapping project lifetimes to financial reporting periods.
