Agrokor Group Reduces Reporting Time From Two Weeks to Two Minutes
Overview Agrokor wanted to integrate and standardize scattered customer data from retail and food production divisions and remove duplicate data to gain more insight into customers. The challenge was to accelerate reporting process to achieve up-to-date view of company and improve decision making process by increasing visibility into customers and transactions. Agrokor worked with Oracle Consulting to implement an Oracle Master Data Management Hub to establish a centralized data hub that increases the availability of customer information and increased financial reporting frequency from once a month to once a day.
