Overview The purpose of this paper is to analyze the benefits of thin clients compared to PCs. In today's environment, a good economy and going green is vital for an organization's survival. Thin clients have these benefits and many more. The benefits discussed in this paper will be the total cost of ownership of thin clients compared to PCs, the power consumptions between PCs and thin clients, the sales of thin clients over several years, and the return on investment of thin clients compared to PCs. This paper will show the statistical benefits of thin clients compared to the traditional PCs.
