Enabling the Mobile Worker

Overview The percentage of North American small, medium and large organizations deploying Wireless Local Area networks (WLANs) will jump from 56% in 2005 to 85% by 2010 (source: Infonetics Research Study, 2006). But as the number of satellite and remote workers continues to increase, small businesses are uniquely challenged to keep pace. Productivity and connectivity are both key to business operations, mirroring the requirements of medium and large business counterparts. The ability to stay connected and continually communicate with customers and coworkers, regardless of employee location, is what small businesses require to hold their own against the competition.
