Ramco Systems Case Study: Pearl Polymers Limited
Overview Pearl Polymers Limited (PPL)'s each manufacturing unit was operating using a standalone system. Due to this there was very little visibility of the overall inventory and specially the finished goods. As the regional offices were not connected by a web based application it was tough to collect real time information, the consolidation sales booking and forecast was not available in a real time basis which lead to inaccurate planning resulting in delay for customer shipments. Pearl Polymers Limited required a comprehensive and integrated online solution which could address the above challenges and aid them in having real-time visibility across locations and support efficient inventory planning. Ramco OnDemand ERP was selected as an ideal fit that would help them address their challenges and aid growth.
