Overview Fresno, California-based Community Medical Centers is the largest, most comprehensive hospital system in the San Joaquin Valley with a staff of more than 6,200 employees and 1,100 physicians. Fresno wanted to reduce complexity, administration time, and total cost of ownership through server consolidation and virtualization. Fresno adopted HP ProLiant servers as the hospital network's server standard, and deployed VMWare ESX Server for server virtualization.
