Norway Telco Calls Up HP Integrity Superdome to Supercharge Billing and CRM Services

Overview Norway's second largest mobile telephone operator, NetCom, is a wholly owned business of telecommunications leader TeliaSonera (www.teliasonera.com). The company wanted to improve their ability to respond to market and business changes, centralize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and billing services, and lower server maintenance and support costs. NetCom upgraded to HP Integrity Superdome Servers with Dual-Core Intel Itanium processors, HP-UX 11i v3, and the HP Virtual Server Environment.
