Overview Hoteles Estelar is the leading hotel chain in Colombia, with 18 hotels in major cities across the country and plans to add two more. Estelar wanted to improve Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, increase sales through better customer knowledge, lower costs through more efficient business processes. Estelar deployed Opera hotel management software running on HP server blades, Oracle databases running on HP Integrity servers, centralized storage with HP StorageWorks EVA, and automated backup processes with MSL target.
