Overview SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF) located at Syracuse, New York, USA is providing higher education. ESF required a secured networked infrastructure to support communications and provide online resources. It wanted to enhance communications further by providing anywhere/anytime connectivity. ESF deployed 3Com SuperStack Switch 4400 PWR system, 3Com Wireless LAN Controller WX4400 and the 3Com Wireless Switch Manager application. The 3Com wireless management systems enhances networking performance.
