Overview The Good Shepherd Nursing Home operates a co-located nursing home and hostel in Townsville. The Nursing Home was finding it difficult to get information out of its existing system in a useful format, as reports were pre-determined. It wanted more flexible reporting and analytics with the ability to run its own queries. They also wanted to improve its waiting list management system and incident and accidents reporting, currently in an Excel spreadsheet.
