Verizon Business Case Study: Evonik Industries AG
Overview Evonik Industries is an innovative industrial group from Germany operating in three areas: chemicals, energy, and real estate. The requirement was to ensure that on day one visitors to the business area portals would first be redirected to a splash page so prospects and customers could learn about the new brand and the new portal and then return to the initial page. This splash page would not reappear when the visitor clicked to another page during the same session. Verizon Business won the bid, largely due to the efficiency and global availability of its network. Verizon Business' IP network and price/performance ratio was a perfect match for Evonik Industries' requirements.
