ING Taiwan Gains Greater Visibility of Financial Performance, Improves Forecasting Capability
Overview ING Taiwan wanted to eliminate the need for financial and management data to be consolidated multiple times during the data collection process and avoid storing financial and management information in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, so that data can be easily retrieved and shared across the business. The challenge was to provide senior managers with accurate, current business data for analysis and to support decision making. ING Taiwan engaged Oracle Certified Advantage Partner AdvancedTEK International to implement Oracle Essbase, creating a central data repository for the aggregation, assimilation, and analysis of management information and enabling efficient reporting.
