Upgrade Improves Management Efficiency by 33 Per Cent With Scalable Dell Solution
Overview IT services provider Atos Origin wanted to upgrade the infrastructure at its business-critical SAP Competence Centre. With servers nearing the end of their lease agreements and storage approaching full capacity, the company saw an opportunity to install the latest technology and create a long-term foundation for growth. Atos Origin worked with Dell to design a solution aligned to the company's strategies for development. This consisted of Dell blade servers with high-performance Intel Xeon Quadcore processors, a Dell/EMC storage solution with Symantec Backup Exec to protect data.
