Overview Le Forem, the leading Walloon public employment and vocational training services agency, needed a greater focus on unified, rewarding citizen service. At the same time, faced with an imminent loss of its monopoly position, the agency also needed to increase efficiency. To meet these challenges, Le Forem deployed Oracle WebLogic Server (previously BEA WebLogic Server) and Oracle WebLogic Portal (previously BEA WebLogic Portal) to create an open, standards-based application architecture framework. Oracle WebLogic Server provides an industrial-strength infrastructure for the integration, and management of the organization's environment.
