Creating Teaching Tools for Nurses
Overview Rev Je Kan Adler-Collins MA PGCE REMT RN, is assistant professor at Fukuoka University in Japan. Mr. Collins had a daunting task that had never been done before: creating the first healing nursing curriculum in Japan. Because of the complexities of the lesson plans, it was critical to find ways to guide students effectively through their courses. Collins knew it would be essential that the support of visual aids would be very important to be successful. As Collins moved forward in his quest to develop a nursing curriculum, Collins found out that creating graphics didn't need to be difficult or time consuming. SmartDraw was very easy to use and removed hours of time wasted thinking about how to create basic designs.
