FSP Group Cuts Procurement Costs and Improves Supplier Management With Web Based System
Overview FSP Group wanted to find an efficient and cost-effective way of processing the large amounts of data resulting from supplier transactions and reduce the lead time from order placement to delivery to compete effectively with other manufacturers. The challenge was to improve communication with suppliers and centralize information storage to enable easy data sharing. FSP Group engaged Oracle Certified Advantage Partner AdvancedTEK International to implement a new Web-based supplier management system based on Oracle iSupplier Portal and cut procurement costs and reduced warehouse storage space through more efficient use of resources.
