eGrabber Case Study: Spherion(SM) Inc. Legal Group, Dallas

Overview Spherion Legal Group, Dallas receives between 100 and 150 resumes each week via email. With one person dedicated to handling resumes and manually entering them into the ACT! Database, the time involved in manual entry and a lack of efficient resume management resulted in the loss of a number of resumes and business opportunities weekly. Bridge Concepts had a good working relationship with Spherion Legal Group, Dallas, through its previous assistance in implementing ACT! Bridge Concepts recommended that the client upgrade its network and then installed a centralized ACT! Database. All computers were mapped identically and all resumes were stored on the network drive so all recruiters could have access to them. After the upgrade, Bridge Concepts installed the six copies of ResumeGrabber.
