AppLabs Case Study: VocaLink

Overview VocaLink pioneered electronic payments four decades ago and has been a driving force in electronic transactions ever since. In October 2005, the contract to provide the central infrastructure for the new service was awarded by APACS to VocaLink. When implementing a high profile innovative service such as Faster Payments, one operates in an intense environment, under tight deadlines and with no room for errors. They knew it was critical to properly resource the testing element to ensure the service would go live, problem free.
