AppLabs Case Study: Turquoise
Overview The Turquoise Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF) provides electronic execution services to buyers and sellers of pan-European equities. Turquoise wanted to create a venue with more flexibility, competitive prices and better value than the rest on the market but also with faster processing speed - twice as fast as its competitors - thus giving the ability to outperform the other platforms in their dark pool and visible order book. In order to achieve this, Turquoise needed to partner with some of the industry's leading companies in the trading platform domain. Reflecting on the decision to choose AppLabs, Chief Technology Officer, said, they knew what they wanted from their testing partner as they had a vision for the testing solution required.
