Support for Telecom Solutions Company

Overview In a positive and expanding business scenario, the client had to ensure availability of services to his customer base. This lead to the client seeking a vendor to provide multi-tier support for their products at its customer sites. It was required for the vendor to provide a professional services team with not only relevant software & hardware skills but also telecom domain experience. Based on this training, Blue Star Infotech's team setup a formal training process for inducting new members into the team and expanding the teams offshore presence. The training plan included: overview of Telecom Networks where client products were used, understanding the CORBA-based Software Framework developed by the client for deployment of products.
