Book Retailer BGN Deploys 3Com VCX IP Telephony Solution to Reduce Costs, Enhance Business
Overview Dutch book retailer, Boekhandels Groep Nederland (BGN) - operating under the brand name Selexyz, decided to roll out Voice over IP (VoIP) services to reduce telephony costs among company sites and increase the speed and effectiveness of its communications with suppliers, large customers and consumers. Following thorough market research, Selexyz selected 3Com VCX IP Telephony and IP Messaging Modules for its new companywide communications solutions, and implemented redundant VCX servers at two main office sites.
