Overview Established in 1998, Asia Airfreight Terminal (AAT) is a cargo terminal operator based in Hong Kong International Airport. AAT needed to automate its manual truck card-scanning system to boost performance and efficiency levels, while creating a unified technology platform to streamline business processes and improve data exchange-all within a scalable framework. AAT selected BEA WebLogic RFID Edge Server and BEA WebLogic Server 9.1 because the solutions created a unified operation platform that tightly integrated all system modules, enabling seamless data exchange, RFID operations and business collaborations.
