Overview Johnson Controls Industries wanted to set up an information processing center to provide expanded information analysis capabilities to employees. The challenge was to lighten the load of information centers in terms of data extraction requests from employees. Johnson Controls Industries selected Oracle Data Integrator for its competitive price, its simplicity in terms of set-up, and the availability of a local partner, Prospective Software, to implement the system as well as gained the ability to rapidly create nomenclatures and data clusters adapted to the language and business needs of various departments, including accounting and spare parts.
