Overview Founded in 1957, Dallas-based ClubCorp USA, Inc. is the world leader in private clubs. Inter-nationally, ClubCorp's affiliates own or operate nearly 170 golf courses, country clubs, private business and sports clubs as well as resorts. ClubCorp had struggled with lacking reliability, poor reporting and limited functionality, with its previous security solution. As Web-based threats continued to rise, the organization recognized that it needed a better solution to provide more effective virus scanning and Web reputation filtering. For accurate reporting and user auditing, ClubCorp also required Active Directory integration with user accounts. ClubCorp found that the IronPort S-Series offered an unparalleled suite of security features in an easily-managed, fully-integrated appliance.
