Overview ExamTek, whose software supports a variety of services for small and mid-size residential real estate brokers, wanted to develop a title processing system it could sell to its customers who have their own title operations to improve their productivity and profitability. ExamTek chose to build its system on GURU NETworks offerings running on IBM software and servers. ExamTek based its system on GURU NETworks Enterprise Solution with IBM DB2 9.1 running remotely on IBM eServers 325 and 326. The system improves processing time required to examine a title commitment and enables everyone involved in a transaction with access to data while meeting privacy and security rules mandated by federal law.
