Fujitsu Case Study: Methodist Ladies' College

Overview Methodist Ladies' College, Kew, is one of Australia's most successful and innovative independent schools for girls. The College wanted to meet the technical specifications for a robust notebook PC incorporating a defined set of physical characteristics and demanding technology requirements include access to wireless networking and IEEE 1394 (FireWire) capability. With partner Fed IT, Fujitsu PC supplied 800 LifeBook notebook PCs for use throughout the school. The LifeBook S6110 notebooks were configured each with a 40GB hard disk, internal CD ROM drive, built-in wireless cards and necessary operating software.
