Highly Sensitive Government Data Protected by Asigra
Overview As part of its provision of infrastructure services to the DTI, Fujitsu runs desktop support for around 7,000 users in London and the regions as well as many centralized applications and web sites. Previous methods of backing up this data gave rise to concerns, it being based on daily backups with large numbers of tapes being changed and stored each day. They were looking for a solution that would offer reliable, secure and consistent data backup across the entire estate with minimal manual intervention. The company deployed Asigra Televaulting to protect geographically dispersed data.
