Overview Creeden & Associates provides a field sales force that represents hardware manufacturers in the home improvement industry. Creeden wanted to eliminate a slow and outdated paper-based system for processing orders and accessing product data. Creeden found an excellent answer in the Microsoft Windows Powered Pocket PC platform. Working closely with solution provider Infosoft, Inc., Creeden deployed about 100 Symbol handheld Pocket PC devices equipped with Infosoft's custom sales force automation solution.
