Overview This paper provides an overview of the implementation of Quality of Service parameters necessarily incorporated in the integration of Voice (V), Data (D) and Video (V) on the Central Qld Institute of TAFE (CQIT) Wide Area Network (WAN). Specifically, it identifies the operational frameworks for the Internet Protocol (IP) videoconferencing (VC) trial utilizing four computer based Polycom ViaVideo units internally bridged by a Polycom FX unit to 5 Institute sites.
