The company wanted to deliver client-facing applications that support a scalable number of users and reduce incurred costs due to unplanned system outages. The challenge was to support corporate processes and technology standards. United Behavioral Health (UBH) deployed Borland for its solution and implemented Borland SilkPerformer.
