Overview Thomson Sweet & Maxwell is a leading provider of information and solutions to the legal and regulatory markets in the UK and Ireland. The company wanted to scale online applications to high traffic levels and accommodate aggressive customer service-level agreements. The challenge was to improve efficiency of software development lifecycle amid platform migration. Thomson Sweet & Maxwell deployed Borland for its solution and implemented Borland SilkPerformer, Borland CaliberRM and Borland Services.
