Overview Oslo is the capital of Norway. It is also a lively, prosperous, and cosmopolitan city, offering a rich blend of culture, history, shopping, community life, and the arts. Oslo wanted to meet the increasing requirements for a secure synchronized message exchange - both internally among Council staff and externally among citizens. The challenge was to implement a cost-effective, secure, and standardized transaction environment, equipped to deliver consistent and rewarding citizen service. Oslo City Council deployed BEA systems for its solution and implemented BEA WebLogic Integration.
