TechNet Webcast: Web Single Sign-on and Identity Federation With Active Directory Federation Services (Level 200)
Overview Organizations are extending their Information Technology (IT) infrastructure to provide partners with Web-based access to Web-facing applications. This presents IT with difficult administrative and security challenges. This webcast provides an overview of Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2 Active Directory Federation Services, a component that enables Extranet Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity Federation. The webcast shows how extranet SSO technology enables access control in an unmanaged, non-domain environment, and provides security and personalization for users of Web-based applications.
